Raised in the Wild Crab Farm
Wild proudly introduced its very own crab farm in Del Carmen, the third largest mangrove reserve in the Philippines. Soft-shell and mud crabs, grown by Bryan in his backyard farm and freshly caught from the mangroves, became a new source of inspiration for our menus. This venture embodied Wild’s ethos: raw and refined, deeply connected to the island’s bounty.
