In a first-of-its-kind event, Wild hosted a Tip to Tail Tuna celebration featuring Belgian guest chef Glenn Vandenberghe. Guests witnessed the artistry of a whole tuna breakdown, followed by dishes that honored every part of the catch. It was a masterclass in sustainability and flavor, showcasing Wild’s dedication to pushing boundaries while honoring the island’s bounty.
